In the heart of
Madrid in its business and touristic centre, just a few
minutes walk from Gran Via and Plaza de España, surrounded
by cinemas, theatres, restaurants and the in places.
To
five minutes walking we find the Plaza Spain, to only ten
minutes the neighborhood Chueca and to ten minutes the Gran
Vía. To a few seconds we find the meter(underground)
Noviciado and San Bernardo (Line 2).
We possess(rely on) the center Conde Duque to two minutes a
place of cultural acts visited anually by thousands of
tourists. A place in full center of Madrid but calm.
